To Book Your Dates we need half of your estimated total. This can be done
with check/money order through the mail, though we prefer online with VISA/Mastercard
through our secure link to PayPal. Once we get your deposit we'll email you the
rental agreement for your approval. We'll need the remaining balance 30 days
before your arrival date.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is fully refundable should you need to cancel your reservation
provided you notify us at least 45 days prior to your stay. Your deposit will not be
refunded for cancellations after the 45 day point

Off Season------------- $ 450/week
Unless otherwise noted rates are per night, 3 night minimum. We're always
willing to offer discounts off the regular rates for extended stays. Let us know
how long you want to stay and we'll do our best to offer a great rate on an
awesome condo!
